I got a big pack of drumsticks to cook, and I rolled half in butter, and seasoned and baked, the other half i rolled in olive oil, seasoned and baked. They look golden brown and the meat just falls off the bone when you try and pick it up. But when i was eating them, 2 had some pink in it, but it was just a little part of it and was really close to wear the leg was cut and it was more of a darker pinkish to brown color, if that makes sense. But other then that the meat is nice and moist and it tastes good. And is white all the way through other then that one spot. So is that just the dark meat, or should it have been cooked longer?
