How do i know if my cellphone is real or not? (i bought it on ebay)?

SO i bought this lg env (first model) off of ebay but my friend thinks its a fake cause some of the things like the tag inside don't look like it. Is there a way to tell?? i need to know if it is cause then i want a new phone.
 
There's not a lot of demand for the original enV so I don't think anyone went through the trouble of producing a fake one. However, if the sticker on the inside doesn't look right, then it may be a refurbished model.
