i just bought a 2002 dodge 5.9 cummins, just testing out the 4X4 case i do get stuck (live in the snow, and winter is coming fast) i noticed that when im in 2wd i only have one tire spinning in the back, is there any way that i can check to see if my truck came with limited slip or a way to see if it is out? and if it didnt come with it, what are my options for putting a limited slip in my truck?
im not talking about a posi im talking about a limited slip, both tires lock together, when one wheel starts to spin like 5% faster then the other, and then unlocks when there spinning the same again.

Thank you though!

Posi and limited slip are the same thing, it just depends on the vehicle builder and the terminology they want to use(same horse, different cart). The one tire spinning in back already tells me you don't have what you want. Most dodge trucks don't have it, it was a factory option that wasn't often used. Check out lock right for a good option if you want better traction in the snow. I'm not looking forward to winter either.
