I have a 2002 Lincoln Town Car which has a stock alpine radio. I usually have my volume about 1/4 of max and it is pretty damn loud. Its at the point that my car rumbles at red lights from the bass and its only at 1/4 volume, but the speakers are not buzzing. Can my stereo handle playing music this loud? I know Alpine stereos hold a strong reputation but my stereo is only playing a 1/4 of what it can do and it is loud enough to make your ears ring. I'm afraid to turn it too max ha.
How do I know if I'm blasting my stereo too loud?
