How do I know if I have a hip pointer? Hernia? Sports Hernia?

I have a pain in the area of my groin. Its basically the V that seperates my two legs from my "manhood". (See Photo) I have pain on both sides but my right side is slightly more painful than the left. Feels like almost where my leg bone meets my hip bone?

I bike aobut once a week, ice hockey once a week, and this past friday played flag football. I first noticed it last night during my ice hockey game, slowly progressed during the game.
