How do I keep my dog from going in my garden?

My dog always goes into my garden and digs and chews things. I do have a fence around it but she always jumps over it and it gets very frustrating. Any tips on how to get her to stop?

I have heard ppl say that they spray stuff on things and it works, but it sounds like it doesn't work. Has anyone ever tried anything like it? Thanks.

You can buy some metal posts and put a wire inexpensive fence around it ( sounds like you need a taller one)... I bought a movable fence like this years ago and it has served me well for so many things at different times when I needed to fence something off,

Some dogs are like that, especially the big-breed dogs. If it possible, maybe you can raise your fence to a height where she can't jump over. To be honest with you, I have a lab mix with Bel. Shep. and I have the same problem with him. I have a lot of fruit trees in my garden, (a lot of young plants) and to avoid him eating them, I blocked them around with board. Normally dogs do this because they are bored and just playfully. They usually grow out of it when they are around a yr old. Some of them even like eat ting the dirt, like my one. You could also try buying him some toys, a lot of chew toys and bones. That should help, but from my point of view it's probably best if you just raise the fence, they are really cheap ways you can do that. Just check out your local home improvement store. Best of luck!
