How do i join the army as a commissioned officer?

well i want to joint the U.S. army when i a older i currently am in jrotc first year and i want to take rotc in collage. i want to become a officer so what do i do after rotc in collage. so i join in the army or do i got to a recruiter before collage or what i really dont know what to do!
