how do i jailbreak my 3rd gen ipod touch 4.0.2 software?

I just found out about jailbreaking and that was after i got the update for 4.0.2 so now i looked everywere and i can find stuff that i cant use because i had to download the stuff before i did the update so i am wondering if there is a new jailbreak system that i can use, please help
