how do I jailbreak and unlock my iphone 3gs?

it is a 32gb at&t iphone 3gs. I would like to use it on t-mobile. and it is already updated to 5.0.1 ios. it is unactivated and i can't activate because i don't have an at&t sim card, but i do have a tmobile sim card.
