How do I install sierra wireless Air card 775 on my laptop?

I bought it from ebay it didnt come with a cd or booklet. Any help you can give me will be appreciated thanks.
Where do i find the software or drivers? How do you activate the card? I have a sim card that is working I am using it on another device I thought that was all you had to do wash put it in the other aircard and it would work. Do you have to activite the device itself?
 
download the drivers from maker on the card.i.e. verison, att and so forth. install and then insert your card. the machine should "see" it and finish the install. Have you called the carrier and had them activate the card. That also needs to be done.
