How do I install FFMPEG and FFMPEG-PHP on phpFoX?

I can't install FFMPEG or FFMPEG-PHP on PHPFOX Version: 1.6 RC1
I am on windows XP with xampp (APACHE).
When I goto the administration panel, and choose video, It says for the FFMPEG box
FFMPEG
Before using these settings you must pass the requirements for this specific group of settings.
Missing class "ffmpeg_movie". Please make sure FFMpeg and FFMpeg-php is properly installed.
No save button either.
Any idea whats wrong? Thank you so much!
