I have an LG Cookie model # KP501, I've installed the LG PC Suite onto my computer so that I can upload photos, and videos. When I tried to view the contents of my phone, it said that the LG PC Suite did not support the phone model # KF310, which isn't my model of phone. Leading me to believe that the computer had downloaded the wrong drivers for my specific cell phone. So I installed the LG drivers onto my computer, but when I click start updating, it says that the server cannot be located, how do I fix this? Have I downloaded the wrong thing? And will I have to download another version of LG PC Suite for my particular model of phone since it wouldn't work? Help!! Thanks!! X
