How do I install boot camp on my macbook?

it should be pre-installed. give me details about your mac, (model, year, Mac os version?)
 
I have a mac book but I did have a pc so I have all the sims 2 games for pc and i decided it would be cheaper to install boot camp on my mac book but I'm not sure what all I need to install it....Someone help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!
