How do I install an aftermarket stereo in 2003 f150?

How Do I get it out, And when i do, do I just unplug the old one and plug in the new one??
 
once the stock head unit is removed you might have to go and buy some adapter plugs for the head unit and your truck but removing the stock head unit the best way is google the hell out of it or experement by trying to remove it your self but be care and rember where everything came from so you can put it back.
