How do I install a timing belt and water pump in my 1994 Toyota Camry with a 2200 motor?

Just that I found some info on the water pump but nothing on the timing belt. Links would be helpful Thanks!

The manual is on back order
 
if you don't know what you're doing TAKE IT TO A GARAGE this is one of the biggest job , hardest jobs and most crucial job you can do on a engine if you don't tighten the belt enough you're engine will go bang and if its to loose it will go bang , in other words its a hard job !!
take it to a garage :D
