How do I install a car stereo?

Im am going to try to install a "Jensen Phase Linear 160W Car Stereo" on a 1998 Acura Integra. The car currently has no stereo at all, its just a big hole.

I hear you can screw a lot of crap up if you do it by yourself. Is it really that hard, and what will I need to do? Thanks much! 10 pts. best answer.

make sure you have the securty code to you factory stereo, if you ever want to sell it or put it back in
