How do I insert a Flash SWF Quiz (made from a template) into a Flash FLA website?

I've created a simple quiz using a flash template, then exported it to an SWF. I want to import this onto a page in an FLA website I've also created using Flash, but when I do the 'Component Inspector' boxes on the left are still there, and the whole thing doesn't work, it just plays through like a video.

I have no idea how to fix this, please help!!!
