how do i increase horse power on my jeep grand cherokee 2002 v8?

its a jeep grand cherokee 2002 limited 4.7 v8 powertech i have already added a chip , intake and exaust. what else can i do to increase the horsepower by a lot? i dont really have a budget
where can i get those parts?
 
With your 4.7 v8 tha problem is you could spend approx $1000, and still only get another 40 to 50 hp,that will only give you approx 10 to 12 more top speed, other areas are transmission ratio, rear end ratio, and jeeps weight, etc, If you want power buy a different make and model.
