i have all the tools to do it i just dont know if this is right but on the back of my receiver i have 2 output wires left and right but will that supply all of the speakers because i want my four in the car on one 4 channel amp and the 12inch in the back on the 2 channel amp or do i just take the speaker wire like i normally would but hook it up to the amp

You need a crossover network, or at least a cutoff to ensure that the sub isn't working too hard to produce sounds outside its intended range. If you're using a pair of amps, it becomes simple. Just cut the frequency feeding the subwoofer amp down around 800 hz. Works for me.

get two "Y" RCA cables and multiply your reciever output, so 2x2=4 in the outputS. don't get the cheap ones... they won't last or they will make ur sound quality horribly unclear

all u have to do is connect the two amp together with a rca cable. u can look it up on youtube. or just google it.

Run the power supply on a split line to both amps. If you have 4 channels use two for the front speakers and run two to the rear amp for the rear speakers from the sterio.
