how do I hook up a verizon wireless cell phone?

well I bought it cheap off some one and I brought it into the verizon place to get it hooked up, but it was reported lost/stolen so they wouldnt do it for me. I was wondering if ther was another way to do it or go around the whole stolen thing. plz I need ur help. or let me kno where I can find some one to help me out.
 
Its not going to happen. Once a phone is reported lost/stolen, it stays until the person who reported it sends it back to Verizon. No sales rep is going to activate that phone for you sorry.
