How do i hook up a Sub to an Amp to my Stereo in my car? Never done this...

...before. More details below.? Ok i have a 12" Pioneer 450W IMPP sub. I have a Pioneer Deh-345 35x4 Stereo in my car and a tisaudio t510pk amp. I don't have the slightest clue how to hook it up so any pointers will be helpful. And if you wanna go all out by doing a step by step that would be amazing. lol if you have any questions about it just email me or whatever. Thanks!
