How do I hook my home theaters Yamaha Sub-woofer to my computer?

I have an old Yamaha Sub-Woofer sitting around and I'm not using it. How would i hook that to my computer in my room? The Sub has a power cable to pug into the wall and one cable that looks like one of those audio left and right looking cables. My computer is very new (I built it my self), so my mother board as all of the ports for 5.1 surround sound, i would also like too keep my logitech speakers wired with the Yamaha sub, the speakers are a 2.1 system and have a small sub that i would take out if I could get this Yamaha sub in... any help?
