How do I hook a Hard Drive (USB) to my Car Radio's Aux plug?

You can't. The reason being, there is no software and/or hardware to process any audio files that you might have on your HD.

You would need either a computer, or some kind of audio player that can be used in conjunction with your hard drive to get it to work.

a HD in itself does is not able to process the information stored on it.
 
You don't. If your radio has a usb port, then it should work, but if it only has an aux input, then there's no way to do it without a bunch of electronics.

The simplest way to do that is to put a computer in the car, and run the audio from the computer to your aux input.
