how do i go about moving to the uk to go to college/university?

im currently studying fashion design in a college in dublin, ive already completed FETAC first yr certificate and this yr im doing BETEC. I NEED to get away from ireland,i hate it, and do another aspect of fashion(theres more choice in that are in the uk than ire) not just design, but how do i go about getting into places in the uk? and will i get into the 2nd yr of the course becuase iv got betec and fetac certificates? and how much will the fees be for someone who from the repunblic of ireland? im so lost.... i dont know who can help me. my parents dont have a clue either does my teacher. im so worried this dream of mine moving away to a new country wont come true..
please helpppp, anyone share some info...their similar experience..sites...or ideas....anyone done this sort of thing before??
