I really would like to eat better and exercise more. I know nothing about health fitness or nutrition. But I'm really trying to better myself because I have the worst immune system ever and I seem to get sick all the time. I'm not trying to eat healthy and exercise for the purpose of losing weight. I'm 5'10 and around 117 lbs (I'm skinny but not anorexic or anything like that). I recently lost weight due to sickness. I was around 125. My weight seems to alternate. I gain and then I may lose. I'm not sure what is going on with my body lately. I want to work on my flexibility and strength (full body workout). Does anyone know of any healthy snacks and meals I could make for myself? I am a poor college student so nothing to pricey. I do have a microwave and an oven in the dorm. Also, foods that aren't too time consuming to make. Also, does anyone know of any exercises I can do? And how many times of day would I do these exercises?
