My ex husband and I decided to give it another try. The only condition is that if things don't work out this time he will be the one to leave the house. I will remain in the house with our 3 children and he will be responsible for half the mortgage. How can I make a legal document stating this agreement that will actually stand up in court, if it came down to it?
