how do i give wireless internet to iPod touch 2g via nokia C3 running S40?

I just bought a Nokia C3 last week and found to my dismay that i was unable to tether my phone's internet to my iPod touch 2nd gen MC model. Is there any way I would be able to do this? (jailbreaking ipod not a problem...

Please provide instructions AND/OR software AND/OR links to pages with the information.
Tried googling but could not get any solution....
