How do I get Windows Media Files onto iTunes?

I have all my music on Windows Media Player, and I want to put it onto iTunes. I downloaded it from Limewire, if that is of any significance. So, I just want to be able to drag and drop my music, because I worked hard to get all the file names right. I have NO folder with my WMA files with the right names. I don't want to spend another hour changing the names of songs and artists just for iTunes. Should I make a new folder and somehow put my WMA music into it? If so, how do I do that?
