How do i get wap setting p/w to stick in envy 2

i replaced perim table with one found here and can access hidden menu and p/w is stuck at vzwcket it reverts when i use workshop,qpst. lg download 1363 wont let me load 9100 dll??

all ideas appreciated... :doh:
