how do i get videos off my w810i mobile phone onto my computer (windows vista)?

i have a w810i mobile phone, and the videos are saved onto a memory card. when i put the memory card into the card reader on my computer the videos are there but they dont have the sound, no matter what programme i open em in the play without the sound. how can this be solved?
