You can't really do this, unless you get Apple TV (assuming you have a Mac). There are however, many sites on which you can watch tv. Many websites such as abc.com, cwtv.com, etc. stream full episodes of the shows they play. There are also sites which have collections of thousands of TV shows and movies, such as surfthechannel.com, but be warned they often contain pirated materials.
