How do i get trapcall to work on my verizon cellphone?

My cell phone does not work with trap call and i downloaded the stuff and did every thing it said to do
my phone will get a restricted number then i press ignore and it rings a few more times but i dont get the call back but it shows up in unmasked calls with the real number PLEASE HELP PRONTO
