how do i get to the 6th gym leader on pokemon soul silver?

she is behind the door in the light house and it says the light house pokemon is sick how do i get to her and help it and then battle her plz help
the door at the top of the lighthouse is closed how do i open it? plus idk how to get to the top without elevator it always just ends with no one ladders
