This is not the sort of question I normally answer, however, it is a myth that you need to have a bowel movement every day in order to be healthy. The astronauts back in the 1960s who went into space and shared a space ship the size of a compact car with one or two other astronauts and "no facilities" often chose to eat a diet low in fibre for a couple days prior to their flight, so as to minimize their need to "go."
Mike Collins, who was the command module pilot on Apollo 11, the first moon landing, writes in his book about his determination to avoid going until he was alone in moon orbit (while Neil & "Buzz" were on the surface). That was 4 days.
But if you're not properly prepared for this, and you fight it, you can in fact make yourself sick. So if the urge strikes, walk into the woods, find a private spot and follow the advice above.
