How do I get this wound to heal?

in Febuary 2009 I had to have my right ovary out. There was a large grade A egg sized mass on it with a solid center that was extremely painful and was not vanishing on its own like most cysts. They took it out and it turned out to be benign, the solid center was actually blood. The wound is in the lower center of the stomach and almost 2 years later it still has not healed. It heals to a certain point then rips back open with lots of pain and blood. We have tried silver cell gauze, wet to dry dressing. We have even tried a wound vac. They don't want to restaple or stitch it again, it ripped open right after they took the staples out 2 weeks after the surgery. The wound clinic has given up and I am pretty much left to my own devices with a 2 inch gape in my stomach. I am a diabetic and prone to infection which does indeed keep reoccurring. any ideas?
