How do i get the title to my car? I payed the loan but toyota mailed the

title to co-signer .? Toyota mailed the title to my co-signer in another state. They will not give it up. I do not know why they mailed it them. Its in my name but i had a co signer. Toyota wont say anything except mail me a lein release. Is that the same thing as title or as good ,or do i still need the title to sell the car?What do i do?
