How do I get the streets back for my nokia ovi map back on my phone?

I formatted my memory card and ever since then my map has been blank apart from a very mall portion. I tried re-downloading the map again; didn't work, even tried uninstalling then re-installing it but the same thing. Please how can I get the streets back, even tried using nokia ovi suite to update my map but i didn't work please help me : (
