How do I get the spare tire Cover off of my 2006 Toyota Rav4?

The pressure light came on for the tires, and we know that the back tire is the one that needs some air in it...but the molded covering on the spare just wont budge! We looked in the manual and it says to pull some latch, that is non existent, and it will come right off. Please help us! That freakin' light is so annoying.
 
All you have to do is reach at the bottom of the cover -there is a so called skirt that holds the whole tire cover all around the spare.Grab the skirt and pull it towards you and slowly inch upward all around spare tire on both side.The cover slides off the spare
Once you inflated to 32PSI just put the cover on the top and evenly pulling "skirt" on both sides just pull the cover onto the spare.
Piece of cake.
