HOW DO I GET THE SMELL OF SMOKE OUTTA MY CLOTHES?

My parents smoke, and no matter what i try the smell of smoke wont go away, HELP!

or try throwing ur clothes in the dryer w/ some dryer sheets for 10 min and then run outta the house!
