I walk with a bad posture with my back as well as my neck,.. recently I had neck pains and ocaasional back pains,,,, i think this is the cause of my posture?.. How do I maintain and break off my habit of having a right posture.. when its a habit and its hard to do? (when I try to do the right posture i seems forced and I loook stupid walking... its like im a zombie...as said by my friend)... my neck is more forward bended and so is my back / shoulders,, thats my posture and Im already so used to it I never noticed, what should I do? an y easy tips to make it a good habit to have good posture?
