How do I get the phone number of a person when the only info I have is the address?

I live in a different state than I grew up in and lately I've gotten kind of homesick, so I was thinking I could call the person that lives in my childhood home and ask them to send me some pictures of what it looks like now. I would love to see what it is like all these years later.. So, is there a way to find their phone number when all I have is the address?
