how do i get the old sperm count up?

am 25 i eat healthy and exercise abit too, i do smoke and dont drink. me and my girl have been trying for a baby for 7-8 months now. i am worried that my guys arent doing what there supposed to do, cause my girlfriend already has 3 children so we know all her parts are working so is there anything i can do or anything i can take to... for lack of a better phrase ''juice me up?'' any help would be great, thanks
