How do I get the media rights for watching a movie?

I have a movie its totaly legal movie but it wont let me watch it in windows movie player and it wont let me convert it either it says i need to download media rights but when i go to download it it says the page cannot be found HELP FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
