...the jeep idles at 3k rpm's. ? The jeep didn't idle like this before I changed the manifold which was cracked and after I did the idle speed won't go back to normal.
 
sounds like a air leak id try any kind of spray like wd40 or choke cleaner and spray a round the motor where you been working if the motor changes sound you have a vacuum leak
