and if I contact them will they answer my question which is regarding the fine that this man apparently has to pay .. I need help in helping my freind as this man who I think is a scammer keeps calling and says that she is being stubborn that a fine of $2000 to get out of jail is not unreasonable ..I asked a a similar question on here before.. Got a good answer... What can she do to find out if this man is telling the truth or not.. He is really from England or so he has told her.. She has had on going communication with him for 2 years... I really would like something solid that she can tell him or show (email) him that put an end to this..
