How do i get the best acceleration in a 2006 Lexus Gs300 RWD?

Assuming im starting from a dig (fully stopped). If i turn off TC, i cant bury the throttle, or ill just smoke the tires. So should i ease into the throttle for a few thousand RPMs, then floor it? Suggestions?
