how do i get ringtones Off of my Instinct?

i got a new phone. i want my old ringtones, i downloaded them on the phones web. they all work fine.
i want to use the same ones on my new phone! i got all my pics and mp3's off of it but i cant find the ringtones. i made all hidden files visable and i still cant find the darn things. thanks
i have an Instinct s30 the second gen. all round and what not. if that matters.
IM LOOKING FOR WAYS TO GET THEM OFF not add more lol
