How do I get ringtones and games on LG Rumour 1? No internet on phone, no usb cable.?

OK. So I also fell into the LG Rumor scam (worst phone ever). Wirelesswave gave me no SD Card (I have one now), no usb cable and I have no phone internet. Everyone says buy a usb cable but NOBODY sells it. How do I get games and ringtones on my phone using an SD card? I repeat, no usb cable. I know I need one but they must not exist.
