How do I get rid of some hair on Photoshop?

Ok, so there's this picture of my friend.
I was gonna use it for a project, but I saw something I wanted to fix.
He had a little underarm hair that I wanted to get rid of or just make less noticeable.

How would I do that on Photoshop?
