I have been on a low calorie diet and doing cardio and pilates, but my arm muscles look bigger! i havent used any extra weights for my arms, because they are getting so big. Will they look smaller once the fat is gone? i think that if the fat was gone the muscle would still look huge... i want tiny muscles!! I don't really eat any protein except 1 scoop of protein powder once everyday to every second day, that couldn't bulk me up could it? cause its not THAT much protein..
